Smirnoff traces its origins to Russia, it established itself in Ukraine (Lviv), but it is since long ago Made in the USA.

The ironic part is Stolichnaya is not made in Russia, it’s made in Latvia and the HQ for Stolichnaya is in Luxembourg. Smirnoff is not made in Russia either.
