Me too. Not going to waste my time anymore trying to register on the website. For some reason they are not allowing people to register online, and access the site via a computer. They're not even allowing you to register to get on the waiting list on their website. I've tried intermittently over the past week, but keep getting a 405 Not allowed error message when I try to register there. It's a known issue, because one can do a search, and find articles about that specific error message associated with the website. I don't do phone apps, and won't start for Truth Social. Does Truth Social make money off of the phone apps that are downloaded? Since I don't use them, I've never bothered to find out if companies receive a certain percentage of money when their phone apps are downloaded by people.
This whole thing was executed badly and there is really no excuse for it. Tarnishes Trump’s image as a can do guy. Nunes was a terrible choice for CEO and did not have the experience to handle something like this. A true Tech guy was needed to solve these problems, not a dairy farmer with no executive experience in these matters.
Everyone needs to take a chill pill.
Truth Social isn’t suppose to officially launch until mid March.
Pre signups are being accepted right now.
Slowly (a few thousand at a time) new people are getting in with active accounts.
The system is still being tested for stress levels and apps within the platform.
The mistake if any was allowing people to pre register and wait.
Because apparently the waiting is angering people.
But they needed people to get in so the system loads can be tested.
So it’s a win-lose situation.
Need people for testing functions, stress.
Can’t open up completely yet.
The Beta testers were only able to go so far with testing the limits and functions because there were only a couple of thousand of us.
