I wouldn't be so sure about the "serious intelligent" part - Putin seems to have miscalculated the ease with which Ukraine could be taken. We'll see how this plays out, but so far it is not following Putin's best scenario.

Based on what? What you are seeing in the media? I have no love for putin, but I know the media is lying about it because their lips are moving. We'll see where the dust settles, but Russia is no joke and I doubt they are getting their ass kicked in one of the most corrupt places in the world.
