Unless you have a bad back and you can’t walk very far then what? I loved to walk and did so every day then hurt my back. Can’t walk or stand for long.
Actually I had back problems before I started walking daily in 2003. Walking helps your back problems tremendously.
I completely eliminated my lower back pain and sciatica after reading "Fixing You: Back Pain" by Rick Olderman. I certainly can't say it would help everybody, but it worked for me.

Buy a gym membership or a good recumbent stationary bike.
