“Gosh, I love zucchini, grilled, fried, sautéed, roasted, raw. Mmm mmm. Fortunately, it’s fairly easy to find all year long.”

Ever grow it? They produce so fast just two plants will run you out of house and home with overproduction... You will have to eat it just about every night, give a bunch away, or can the heck out of it. lol

I have grown it in the past as a teenager, and yes, that’s right. We had to give it away to friends and neighbors. As an adult I haven’t had the space requirement as an option. Ok, right now I have the space, but an HOA prevents me from planting a vegetable garden on my property. Unfortunately, the only place I could do that would be in the front yard which would easily be seen from the street. The backyard is too shaded. Container pots is about all I can manage.
