The Swiss Exile
After several years of being on the run from the Russian police, Lenin eventually settled for his exile in Switzerland. Switzerland, of course, is not a place that is naturally associated with revolutionaries, bearing the brunt of many jokes on its seemingly docile and neutral position. In reality, though, Switzerland offered refuge to many exiles, including Lenin and other Russian revolutionaries. The Swiss orderliness and efficiency was admired deeply by Lenin and was also crucial for his activities, which relied heavily on the mail.

I went to Davos as a special guest of Herr Dr. Schwab for the first time in 1988 and then served on its executive board. It was fascinating and certainly involved many leaders and business types, mostly from Europe and especially the Third World. Some were on the make and others on the take. Schwab invented a real shakedown. Of the rich and famous.
Now, I was warned that Schwab used people, ran through directors like water, and was a first-class name-dropper. Some said there had been no substance in his doings, just frills — a media fest. He was a pompous windbag to others..
In checking him out I found out some things I didn’t like. He was German (born in Ravensburg, 1938 where Hitler had come to power), not Swiss, reportedly with strong ties to those who fled to Switzerland. Like Waldheim, he had Nazi-youth in his resume and tried to hide it. Davos has always been known as a place for the rich and the sick; that much is well established. Apparently not much has changed!
Did you know that the Nazi Party in Switzerland was headquartered there? In 1936 a famous assassination of Wilhelm Gustloff, the top Nazi in all of Switzerland by a Yugoslavian Jew named David Frankfurter was in all the international headlines and made the Nazi machine irate. The Nazi connection in Davos is noteworthy given the now-established Swiss complicity in the German war effort, hidden accounts, stolen goods, holocaust victims and the anti-Zionism that continues to this day. The World Economic Forum even in recent years has itself called for the boycott of Israel (before it retracted it). Schwab was also in total cahoots with the Swiss government. In fact, the Swiss Federal Council paid many of his bills.
Why? Because the undisclosed WEF strategy was to get people to Switzerland to invest there, to bank there, and to use its central location and supposedneutrality. It is all a clever public relations tool or ploy for the Swiss and a cash cow for WEF. The colorful Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, called Davos “an orgy of the audacious.” That it may be but its lack of transparency and nexus for the flow of deals, cartels, and brokering makes it the world’s ultimate bazaar.

Meet the real Klaus Martin Schwab!

In 1967, Klaus Schwab gained a Doctorate in Economics from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland as well as a Master of Public Administration qualification from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard in the United States. While at Harvard, Schwab was taught by Henry Kissinger, who he would later say were among the top 3-4 figures who had most influenced his thinking over the course of his entire life.

The Founding of the World Economic Forum
In 1970, the young upstart, Klaus Schwab wrote to the European Commission and asked for help in setting up a “non-commercial think tank for European business leaders”. The European Commission would sponsor the event as well, sending French politician Raymond Barre to act as the forum’s “intellectual mentor”. Raymond Barre, who was at that time European Commissioner for Economic and Financial Affairs, would later go on to become French PM and would be accused of making anti-Semitic comments while in office.
So, in 1970, Schwab left Escher Wyss to organise a two-week business managerial conference. In 1971, the first meeting of the World Economic Forum – then called the European Management Symposium – convened in Davos, Switzerland. Around 450 participants from 31 countries would take part in Schwab’s first European Management Symposium, mostly made up of managers from various European companies, politicians, and US academics. The project was recorded as organised by Klaus Schwab and his secretary Hilde Stoll who, later the same year, would become Klaus Schwab’s wife.
Klaus’s European symposium was not an original idea. As writer Ganga Jey Aratnam stated quite coherently in 2018:
“Klaus Schwab’s “Spirit of Davos” was also the “Spirit of Harvard”. Not only had the business school advocated the idea of a symposium. Prominent Harvard economist John Kenneth Galbraith championed the affluent society as well as capitalism’s planning needs and the rapprochement of East and West.”
It was also true that, as Aratnam also pointed out, this was not the first time Davos had hosted such events. Between 1928 and 1931, the Davos University Conferences took place at the Hotel Belvédère, events which were co-founded by Albert Einstein and were only halted by the Great Depression and the threat of looming war.
The Club of Rome and the WEF
The most influential group that spurred the creation of Klaus Schwab’s symposium was the Club of Rome, an influential think tank of the scientific and monied elite that mirrors the World Economic Forum in many ways, including in its promotion of a global governance model led by a technocratic elite. The Club had been founded in 1968 by Italian industrialist Aurelio Peccei and Scottish chemist Alexander King during a private meeting at a residence owned by the Rockefeller family in Bellagio, Italy.
Among its first accomplishments was a 1972 book entitled “The Limits to Growth” that largely focused on global overpopulation, warning that “if the world’s consumption patterns and population growth continued at the same high rates of the time, the earth would strike its limits within a century.”

Basically, not just from the many other more qualified sources, but from my own time in Russia (most of a decade) and Europe, and having studied the KGB and its 1981-1988 plans for what would be the CIS, and how this was necessary to work through a 1962-1965 effort to bring Marxism into various Church denominations and to be central to the World Counsel Of Churches, in the larger generational effort to bring western societies to Marxist governance default, was/is extraordinary, and appears to have worked.
