Forget that. APPL opened in 1981 at $0.154 so for $1000 invested that would have been 6493.51 shares

06/16/1987 2 for 1 = 12,987.01
06/21/2000 2 for 1 = 25,874.02
02/28/2005 2 for 1 = 51,948.05
06/09/2014 7 for 1 = 363,636.36
08/31/2020 4 for 1 = 1,454,545.45 shares held today.

$239,010,909.09. Today’s value in real numbers without the phony “split-adjustment”
