Maybe she rear ended this first vehicle that was breaking?
They had to hit at very different speeds looking at that damage.(unless “pitted” by accident into barrier)
I could see legal reasons for remaining quiet.
Hopefully she wasn’t texting and not paying attention.
Either way, sad news.

Sounds like it. The accident will be investigated, and maybe the family doesn’t want to deal with a bunch of questions about whether she was a fault right now.

The video is an accident in Atlanta. The article says her accident happened in Miami.

That was Feb. 16. Her accident was Feb. 10.
