1. The Mcmichaels lied to the police about what they had done. You can take their statement to the police and compare it to the actual map of the neighborhood and the video and easily see they lied.
2. By their own testimony they chased Arbery with their vehicles. They chased him for a mile around the road loop. When Arbery got to the truck, he had a chaser behind him and two armed men in front of him.
3. You need to go read up on the older Mcmichaels, the former LEO. He had his arrest powers removed before he retired because he wouldn’t complete the required training to maintain his certifications.
4. Under the Ctizens Arrest statutes in Georgia, they had to have immediate knowledge of a crime committed by Arbery. They did not. They acted outside the law. They killed someone in the process. They were rightly convicted for it.
