The meme, “An emergency doesn’t last 2 years ...” reminded me of an online chat I had with Sleep Number Bed last week.
The queue was long. Their robo message blamed the long wait “due to unprecedented times...”
I chatted that this might have been true for a few months in 2020, but it’s not “unprecedented” now. I asked them how long they’re going to blame Covid for bad customer service. So sick of this crap.
