Public School Teachers will never going to get a high end education rating until you limit immigration. Any testing at age 18 will include 3-5% of stuents where the student has not been in the system for 12 year and english is a third language and they will perform badly.

Last of Public School Teachers got to realize for most of them, this job is meant to be temporary. They should be matriculating to real jobs at the end of their twenties. Use the low end education degree to pay for high end STM masters degree and jump to private industry doing something more useful than showing up to government work.

There comes a time when you have to turn our back on public education. We should never have had a Department of Education. It was the beginning of the end in honest education. Public education is where the Communists gained a foothold into our system of government. We need to s_t can the whole public education system. Take the huge education taxpayer dollars and give them back to the parents in educational saving account tax credits. Let the parents then either self-education or procure private education with those dollars. Public education is a Communist indoctrination system. Yori Bezmenov tried to warn us.
