Thanks. Actually a clinic in Boston around 1800 figured out that proper nutrition, exercise, and regular hours worked wonders for many of the mentally ill referred to them. Nutrition, especially is something that is often overlooked today.

My son is bipolar. He hates meds and has gotten off of them. He works out every day and eats very healthy.

He works at Whole Foods. He has a degree in economics, but I think working around people helps his moods. He says he would not have done well with working from home.

He still struggles, but less than he has in the past.

It’s harder to do that today because people sell food with supplements.

Milk sellers threatened by the government add vitamin a to skim milk.

Excess vitamin a can cause mental problems.

In the 1800s, people who liked skim milk could drink skim milk regularly and reduce their stored vitamin a.
