I saw a short video clip of Scott Atlas commenting about Fauci. Fauci said in a Aug 2020 meeting that "we" need to make people more fearful. Atlas said he couldn't believe what he heard. Atlas said public officials need to provide information to make people less fearful.

They had to keep the fear levels up or people wouldn't tolerate the mandates.
