SMETHPORT, Pa. — Some Democrats here in rural Pennsylvania are afraid to tell you they’re Democrats.
The party’s brand is so toxic in the small towns 100 miles northeast of Pittsburgh that some liberals have removed bumper stickers and yard signs and refuse to acknowledge their party affiliation publicly.

The lesson we need to learn is the way to defeat them is not to harass organizations. Use the Scientology method and harass individuals. It took 10 years but it is how they defeated the IRS. Go after the agents. If we could convince Scientology that the Democrats were after them, Scientology would harass them into extinction.
If you look at the history of technology, the guys who invented stuff in America grew up on farms, including the cyclotron and the integrated circuit.
The best submarine officers I knew grew up on farms - they knew how to fix things and they knew how to improvise.
City folks these days think that the summum bonum is a degree in public policy from Georgetown University or some equivalent. An ivy league degree only means you got accepted, which you did by telling everyone how socially aware you were from when you were in diapers. And those folks grow up hating folks who know how to do stuff.
Look who is one of the most inventive people on this planet today - Musk - and look at who hates him and how much. If it weren't for the fact that destroying him would set space force and NASA back about 30 years he would have been gone already. If the military needs to put something into space, like tomorrow, who ya gonna call. Deepstate Aerorspace Inc. - like after you spend 5 years studying and validating requirements you can start negotiating a contract to start building something.
I like in DC. On my neighborhood blog they are all like - what happened that we suddenly have people shooting people and in our neighborhood. Must be they need more handouts or we need to find something fulfilling for them. They like 96% voted for this $4iT and they still don't get cause and effect - which is because they are all incompetent.
BooHoo. They should try being a conservative Republican in the DC Metro area if they want to know what a hostile environment is, or better yet a conservative anywhere in Ottawa including bthe floor of parliament.
