As someone who attended a Bartow County high school (2006 graduation) let me just say, this is NOT new! All the Bartow County schools have always had issues with frequent fights save Cartersville High since it is districted to encompass the elite class. The rest of the county is a lot of white trash and ghetto areas with a culture for this behavior.

This is not to say masks don't make this a further issue, but looking at full context of the area I'd say the issue is more so the general area and culture of the county schools.

Former Cass teachers we know affectionately call it Chaos HS.

The Bartow Sheriff takes a dim view of permissiveness when it comes to Yutes destructive behaviors or actions (be they redneck or protected class).
