Back in the 90s, they called those “quotas”
It’s like the George Carlin routine about how they always have to increase the number of syllables they use to scribe things (from shell shock and battle fatigue all the way up to post traumatic stress disorder), we can’t call them quotas anymore. Quota is only 5 letters and two syllables, and the word gained far too much baggage to keep using.
