This makes me sad for CA kids. Newsom seems determined to go last so CA kids maybe will be allowed to be mask optional in April. Maybe Hawaii will be the very last.
I know realize the power and beauty of the phrase “effective immediately.” That phrase shows a recognition of an error and swift correction. It’s loving leadership. Dragging it on for arbitrary and capricious weeks is tyranny.
