If we had followed the not breaking the law theory we would still be bowing to the queen. When a government no longer even allows the basic expression of political thought, the gathering to protest or to even petition that government then we have an obligation to break the law to get that governments to obey the law.

I am into my 28th year in higher education and for the most part keep my opinions to myself. That being said my co-workers know I will defend my position if they start up in person, on email/facebook/twitter can you say silent running. Me and the history instructor have had some knock down drag outs in those 28 years but have remained friends.
He claims to be a classical liberal but yet I have got him to scream Trump needs to be censored, damn his right to free speech! Then say to him so you don’t actually support free speech and the open flow of ideas, and you call yourself a classical liberal? He was blood red faced when he left the office that day.
