Enlarged heart. That’s usually an indicator of a long association with smoking. I wonder if he was a smoker.

What happens to chronic smokers is that the body’s response or compensation for toxins and lowered levels of oxygen is to enlarged organs such as the heart so they can pump more blood to maintain sufficient O² levels. It is a fairly common finding during autopsy.

Chronic hypertension is a very large reason for enlarged heart also. If blood flowing out of left or right ventricle is obstructed the heart may enlarge to pump the blood on through.

It’s also associating with vaxxing. Vax causes myocarditis and pericarditis. Especially in males.
The latter is “enlarged heart”.
