Per day...... I take triple that. The bare minimum that I have read to minimize the severity of Covid is 2000-3000. Some people take more than that.

Vitamin D under 10000 a day causes no ill effects.

It is criminal that this has not been put out there by our public health authorities. It is inexplicable that doctors are not (on their own) recommending it to all of their patients.

The studies are very clear. Vitamin D may be the easiest and least controversial remedy to prevent severe Covid. Cheap and effective yet they are not pushing it?

Criminal.

That’s too much.

Laboratories don’t offer tests of deactivated vitamin d.

From research reports, one can predict that most of the vitamin d you take is converted to deactivated vitamin d.

Taking more than the optimal amount reduces the benefits.

People with a vitamin d level of 32 ng/ml have higher testosterone than people with higher or lower levels.

People with a vitamin d level of 50 ng/ml have more kidney stones than people with 32 ng/ml.

Excess vitamin d reduces vitamin k and gamma tocopherol. It can probably cause a gamma tocopherol deficiency.
