Depending on the hive…that’s either one or two hives. Costs $150 to get a five nuc starter hive in late April. By mid summer, u less you screwed up, you should have between 30,000- 60,000 bees. Hell, it’s not even felony status
Forgot to add…..so three hives means those are of very prolific hives.

As pre-schooler, I thought the “teacher” on that show was Halloween witch sans witch hat. She should have at least been honest and worn her hat(!), according to my tiny mind at the time.
When I started first grade, I was terrified it would be like Ding Dong School, but my first grade teacher was young and absolutely gorgeous (could have been Miss America) and an excellent teacher. What a relief!
Yikes… that would freak me out
