Free fall calculator....if saget was 6 ft tall...his head would be 6 ft up...falling limp, straight on his head would be at about 12 mph...baseball bats are swung at about 50-80 mph...he could have been pushed down , or was running when he fell face forward..but a simple faceplant may not explain the bone damage. He could have been hit multiple times. Story is a bit weird.

Even faster if falling down a set of stairs- depending on how many stairs, coulda hit a couple of times- IF stairs were involved-
