Saget was an epicurean who had a taste for the lowlife. In the world of S&M, bondage, homosexual perversity etc, cops and diligent medical examiners know that fatal outcomes during drug filled trysts are not uncommon. Still suspect Saget was dealing with some experienced sadist/lowlife brute who knew something about forensics. Very much doubt the ME did a comprehensive autopsy.
