I agree. And, with Scalia, one could be assured he would be guided by the Constitution, and nothing but the Constitution and the laws derivative therefrom — if those laws comported to the Constitution. With Roberts, however, I have no confidence such integrity is in him.

Your comparison is apples to oranges. Roberts being close to the AG is problematic particularly when the AG is so partisan.
