Right. I went back and looked at a youtube of that performance and unless you knew he was spoofing Ford, because you knew that Ford had fallen and was allegedly clumsy, there was nothing in the performance that resembled Ford — looks, voice, nothing. SNL has been known for some great impressions, but this wasn’t one of them.
