Having spent some time in East Africa and southern Africa and having seen just about every African wildlife video ever made I have seen that fact mentioned more than a few times.IMO there are steps that governments...and "save the wildlife" organizations...can do to address that problem.

But then there are those who sneak into parks at night prepared to hack off an elephant's tusks or a rhino's horn.
