He has more than a half-dozen other arrests dating to 2015, sources said.

That "re-imagined" softer approach to crime doesn't seem to be working out too well for productive, law-abiding citizens who fall victim to these predators who are allowed to roam the streets.

Guarantee this now deceased lady will still vote Dem this coming November. Therein lies the actual "root cause" of the crime wave.
