About 15–20% of hospitalized people with Lassa fever will die from the illness. The overall case fatality rate is estimated to be 1%, but during epidemics, mortality can climb as high as 50%. The mortality rate is greater than 80% when it occurs in pregnant women during their third trimester; fetal death also occurs in nearly all those cases. Abortion decreases the risk of death to the mother.[28] Some survivors experience lasting effects of the disease,[29] and can include partial or complete deafness.[1]
Because of treatment with ribavirin, fatality rates have declined.[30][31]

Ebola- sure, its possible. With a death rate of >80% it would be effective.
Ebola would be effective as an agent of terrorism, in that, especially after all the COVID hype, an outbreak of Ebola in the US would make most of the country curl into a ball and wet their pants. But if it still has a 80% + kill rate, it would be less effective as an actual weapon because it would burn out too fast.
The diabolical genius of using COVID as an agent of psychological terror is precisely that it is so invisible, allowing it to be whatever you want it to be - you don't see people dead in the streets with blood in their eyes, for example, so the a-holes using it can make whatever claims about it they want, e.g. you can be an asymptomatic carrier, every death can be blamed on COVID, etc, whereas with something like Ebola if you don't see a corpse with blood oozing out of every orifice - it ain't Ebola.
Now, a genetically engineered derivative of Ebola, with an incubation period of a week or more and a death rate of, say, 5%, would be the ultimate nightmare.

WHY aren’t people more pissed off about this?
Shoot, man, even now, after two years of all the nonsense, the majority of people are still in some kind of trance bubble where the government is their mommy and daddy and everything would be OK if only people would just do as the government says.
Getting those people to the stage where they even have doubts about Fauci would be a herculean deprogramming task, let alone get them to where they are ready to take any action.

Wasn’t there a trial run on ebola not too many years ago?

More likely is widespread outbreaks of TB spread by illegal aliens.

Yes, they absolutely want us to die of ebola.

I had a doctor friend who threw out the scare that the new chinese test kits would probably be pre-infected with hemorrhagic fever.

...an early line on a “vaccine”.
