Dude, the slides with Garland's commentary (and I agree the audio is unforgivably awful) are all you need. "False Introductory Comments" refers to Raffensberger's post-election cover-up, his 10-page letter to the Georgia Congressional members and the Georgia General Assembly, that is why that is the red headline on the PPT slides, while below in the body of the slides are the details of Favoritos' refutation of Raffensberger's lies and obfuscations:
