It was on its way anyway due to Sabermetrics which made the game unwatchable. Amen to that. I'm pushing my mid 70s and can remember the "good ole' days" of the 50s and 60s. Then they started with the crappy uniforms, the PEDs, strikes and lock-outs, incredibly outrageous salaries and now
Sabermetrics.
It's done for baseball what the 3 point shot did for basketball - zzzzzzzzz ...
