Not at all. I think Ukraine is a corrupt basket case. I do not want Ukraine in NATO. Nor would I want to see it returned to Russia. If Putin gets Ukraine, then Moldova is next (remember, Putin is on record stating that he wants to reconstitute all the former Soviet republics back “into” Russia). Ideally, Ukraine in its entirety would remain independent and neutral (i.e., as it was before 2014, when your Motherland forcibly annexed Crimea). But, Russia could not and cannot abide that. In any event, it is not our fight.

Just google “Russian Passports Ukraine,” there are scores of articles linked there re: this subject. BTW: Russia issuing its passports to Ukrainians of whatever persuasion is a prelude to annexation, not unlike Germany did vis-à-vis the Sudetenland in 1938.
