For months, the lawyer representing Kaleb Franks—one of six men charged with conspiring to kidnap Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer in 2020—has produced some of the most detailed and damning reports to make a case for FBI entrapment. Defense attorneys last year discovered that at least a dozen FBI agents and informants were intimately involved in the abduction plot, brought to a dramatic conclusion in October 2020 when the men were arrested after an FBI informant drove them to meet an undercover FBI agent to buy materials for explosives.
With the trial date just weeks away, the Justice Department’s case is imploding amid numerous scandals.
The timing could not be worse for the government, especially the FBI, which is now under scrutiny for its suspected role in fomenting the Capitol breach on January 6, 2021. After all, the two events share many similarities, including plans to “storm” Michigan’s state Capitol building, the use of militia groups reportedly loyal to Donald Trump, and official designations that both represent “domestic terror” attacks.
So a public trial that showcases FBI malfeasance at the same time the bureau is shunning questions about January 6 won’t be a reassuring look.
For example, FBI officials won’t disclose the number of “assets” connected to the Capitol protest or whether any FBI agents or informants engaged in violent behavior that day. Provocateurs, including Ray Epps, seen on video several times urging people to enter the building, remain uncharged. Yet the FBI refuses to explain why.
SNIP
In a motion filed last month, Kaleb Franks’ attorney Scott Graham cited the FBI’s nonanswers regarding January 6 as evidence of the agency’s shame.

People have to be very careful not to get caught in an FIB trap these days. Especially if they are critical of the democRATs.
The judge’s rulings seemed quite unfair, too. A non Democrat caught in a trap has virtually no chance of getting out unscathed.
The power of these people is dangerously matched by their viciousness, the combination is frightening.
“at least a dozen FBI agents and informants were intimately involved in the abduction plot”
Yeah, the FIB has a long history of setting things up.
It (the FIB) needs to be demolished and replaced by something that abides by the constitution and the laws the rest of us have to obey.
It’s naive to think that a government will abide by any agreement it makes, including the Constitution.
Of course it will CLAIM to be protective of the sacred document, and to be in compliance all the way.
It lies. It is not capable of truth. It exists to serve itself at the public’s expense.

On the Jan. 6 “Democrats Wallow in Victimhood Day,” Kamala know-nothing stupidly equated J6 w/ 911 and Pearl Harbor.
Kamala Harris and the Dem hit squads have spent the last 30 years attacking the United States as racist, oppressive, homophobic, xenophobic, etc.......decrying it’s formation by “evil religious white men to oppress anyone who was unwhite.”
But on Jan 6, she, and the Party of Never Miss a Political Opportunity, suddenly “saw the light.”
The knee-jerkers crassly played the “give a damn card.”
Harris: “What the extremists who roamed these halls sought to degrade and destroy was not only a building, hallowed as it is,......they were assaulting the institutions, the values, the ideals that generations of Americans have shed blood to establish and defend.”
Too bad they don’t govern as if they believed all that.
Last night Tucker Carlson had a VERY INTERESTING segment that raised serious questions about where KH was on 1/6 and what she and the Capitol Police were up to.
Made it sound like KH may have colluded with the Capitol Police to plant the pipe bombs that Xiden and the media later claimed were brought to DC by the “rioters”.
POINTS TO PONDER KH may have colluded with the Capitol Police to plant the pipe bombs that Xiden and the media later claimed were brought to DC by the “rioters”.
Attorney Scott Graham’s client will plead guilty...just like the other 2 have plead guilty. Don’t swallow the Kracken.
The FBI is thoroughly corrupt from top to bottom and needs to be dismantled brick by brick.
TRULY!!
After I made my post, I looked for a thread on what TC reported last night, but found none.
But, considering how EXCELLENT your reporting is on the machinations of our curent regime, I think you would be interested in the excellent questions TC’s report raised about who the January 6th insurrectionists truly were—and ARE!
NO QUESTION..... LOOKING GOOD.
I am frankly skeptical about Jarris being “allowed” to have any role in the Jan 6 pipe bomb plants. She isn’t smart enough, doesn’t react on her feet at all when pressured, and can’t think through her statements with a teleprompter. Yes, as a DA for SFO she planned and executed prosecutions to make her Democrat party look good. But nothing tactical. She isn’t smart enough to succeed.
Then again, this plan failed, didn’t it?
