Of course it is unfair. After all, being quarantined is supposed to save lives, esp. the most vulnerable, while those who oppose this are the murderers. And a 9 month quarantine should be especially safe, . Unless it is a vulnerable infant quarantined in its own mother's womb until it is safe to leave.
