That story was out 6 weeks ago.
CDC confirmed Excess Deaths. Attributed partly to fentanyl.
But if Covid is broadening target age, there won’t be a quandary. Whatever restrictions are demanded will be demanded decades before 65+.

I was just pulling your chain. The excess deaths had little to nothing to do with Covid itself and a lot to do with the vaccines and repercussions from the lock downs. Of course, it is all very easy to follow if you factor in the simple but ever-changing definitions of what a vaccine is and how “vaccinated” is defined by our government overlords.
At one time partially vaccinated meant that you had received one jab, and fully vaccinated meant that you had received two. Now fully vaccinated means that you have received three or four jabs... but only within certain time constraints.
Now if you have received only one jab but not the other required jabs you are unvaccinated. Two weeks to a month after your second jab you are considered partially vaccinated and another two weeks to a month after your third jab soon to be fourth jab you are considered vaccinated. Now of course the definition applies differently depending on which set of statistics and what their purpose is.
The strictest counts are for people who are hospitalized or have died. In that case many if not most the people who believe they are vaccinated are not, unless they have received a "booster" more than a month ago but less than six months ago. So, to be clear if you drop over dead or became hospitalized within a month of either of the two initial jabs or one of the boosters you are now definitely considered not vaccinated. And if you have suffered from any severe health problems after being jabbed that your own doctor considered to be related you are also definitely considered not vaccinated. But if you did not get sick after you received any of the jabs you were either fully or partially vaccinated. It seems a little confusing to some, but it is really all very simple.
