I guess I don’t understand what you’re trying to say. Article II section 1 of the Constitution reflects the executive powers of the president and some of the state legislatures.
The Citizenship Clause is the first sentence of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, which was adopted on July 9, 1868, which states:
“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”
I thought you were referencing people born in the US. And they are natural born and do not need further naturalization. I’m confused, I guess. Sorry.
