Well, we’ll just have to build a higher roof.

Tomorrow is still $5 Friday at Safeway. The 2 pound brick of cheese on sale usually goes for $5 but this week it’s $5.99 with a coupon. I’ll buy 2 because it won’t go back down to 5.

Just got some Boar’s head pastrami, $16.98 a pound.

Up 30% in a few short weeks.

Coke in Walmart $3.00 to $3.88 over last few weeks. Same Sixpack almost 7 bucks in Publix.

Why doesn't the government just print more money? Then everybody would have more to spend to meet the risen prices!

What will Jen say?

Maybe “the Canadian trucker caused inflation all over America has been duly noted by the Biden Administration.”

Price of butter seems to have skyrocketed around here.

I stockpiled beef and bacon about 6 months ago and not running low.... yet.

Winter heating bills are going to shock a lot of people.

I just got my Feb natural gas bill for my small 2-bdr apartment — $124. Last Feb it was $84. That is a HEFTY increase and the highest it has ever been in the 12 years I have lived here. Usually, the highest winter heating bills have been in the $65 range.

Along with the rent increase, cable increase, Medicare part B increase, etc., any Social Security COLA gets eaten up quickly.

I appreciate how you meant that comment but reality is is those folks will get a raise in their food stamp budget and it won’t bother them at all.

Inflation will be a key campaign issue? I thought Jan 6th was supposed to be the issue??? Isn’t inflation Trump’s fault?
