Yes, Skyline is the #1 chili chain in the region.

The three-way is excellent. (That’s what’s in the picture.) I actually somewhat prefer Cincinnati style (maybe it’s because my parents came from there), but I like Texas chili as well.

A local restaurant here in Memphis takes the three way and adds Tomales, calling it the Four Way.

A complete ruin of spaghetti, Chili, cheese, Tomales, and some weird spices meant for apple pies. It's like a dope smokers buffet.

Texas Chili typically does not have beans
and is spiced up a bit, and is served
most times on it’s own, or it smothers
a hamburger patty.
I live in NM now and Chili takes on a whole
different meaning. The Chili here refers to
the peppers, and those can be red or green
and be quite hot and spicy.
