My Mom’s best friend died just like that about twenty years ago. Slipped on ice at the mailbox, hitting the back of her head on the driveway. Laid down a little later, went to sleep, and never woke up. She was a very experienced ER nurse, so she had to know better than to do that.
Just read that “Clue” no longer has a lead pipe.

You’ve hit the nail on the head.
I knew a girl who was killed by the vaccine last February and she collapsed onto the ground and went brain dead two days after the first injection. Taken off life support a couple of days after that. That sounds pretty plausible in this case. The so called vaccines are kill shots. If they don’t get you very soon after the injection they will get you within a couple of years through the microscopic blood clotting. The death rate for working age people in 2021 was staggering and will only get worse.
I remember that. One day, it will be my turn too.
After reading this story, now I would really like to see the results of the autopsy...

Likely both. If it was something like 'epidural hematoma' it's effect would likely not be felt for hours after the incident, during which time the victim false assumes they are ok. Natasha Richardson, wife of Liam Neeson died of EH following a ski accident.
