Why go after Washington or any other ‘White’ American, it’s Black history month so they should be celebrating America’s very first slave owner, the one who started it all.......a Black man.
They can rename the city for Booker T. Washington. After all, King County in Washington State was originally named for Vice President William R. King (who died in office soon after his term began in 1853), but is now named for Martin Luther King, Jr.
