That excuse doesn’t hold water, because now the “corrected” previous four years show the military with rates of events (only for adverse effects that correspond to the vaccines’ known adverse effects) that are like 300%-800% higher than the general population.
They just falsely inflated those events to make the curve seem more normal, but it is obviously fraudulent.

In such a case, you correct the records from the previous year. You don’t add them to this year, unless deceit is your intent.
