No Darwin Award qualification here; misusing road vehicle and potentially endangering others.I don't understand anything that your typed. If a person that nas never been a parent dies doing something stupid to cull the herd, that's an automatic Darwin Award Candidate. How could she not be?

The woman was believed to be learning to ride the motorcycle from her friends when she fell off the parking garage.
Looks like this might be a tragedy and not an amateur stunt-hack.
And the Darwin Award rules are
not about “cull(ing) the herd” but (as they put it) improving the gene pool by selecting to remove oneself from it by means of a remarkable lapse in judgment; herd culling is about population numbers versus genetics.
