Looked up recipes. Could not be easier.
Just cut it into small pieces, place in medium hot frying pan coated with olive oil.
Period, the end. Will have for breakfast tomorrow.
My peripheral neuropathy—which started in my feet and legs to my waist—has diminished greatly. Am I in trouble?

As to Brussels Sprouts, a neighbor cooked some up—maybe caramelized them? But they were finally edible for the first time in my life!
