Stupid headline. He picked TWO numbers that were winners and bought multiples of each number. I DESPISE the media. ALWAYS misleading. ALWAYS hype. ALWAYS deceiving people.

That was my first thought too, but he actually only played two numbers, both of which were $500 winners. He just bought a lot of each number.

Actually they are less and it’s not even close. The odds of winning a Pick 6 drawing with one number chosen are 1000 to 1. So the odds of winning two straight drawings are 1000 x 1000 = 1,000,000 to 1. The odds of winning any Powerball drawing with a single play are over 292,000,000 to 1.
