Kinda does. Kinda always has happened in a nation of 330 million.
I used to work with a guy, in his 40’s probably, who could literally run across the Grand Canyon, who had a heart attack.
But, turns out he had a family history of circulatory problems.
My mother-in-law’s father’s family also has a history of genetic structural heart anomalies, and tended to die young.
But these are actually exceptionally rare ... until the last year or so.
Meanwhile, Israel, with probably the world’s highest vaccination rate, also has the world’s highest COVID-19 death rate.
Africa, overall probably highly un-vaccinated, has a COVID-19 death rate near zero.
