I seem to recall another person who did that one, I think he was a jazz guitar player.
It’s extremely catchy, haunting, unusually complex chord changes.
After he died, his family released his last (I think) album == again, very diverse from his usual style. On it he sings Masquerade. The whole album is romantic and had a lot in common with the big-band sound from days gone by. It is quite an experience. I bought it the instant I heard about it, pre-release, and waited to receive it for about 3 months.
