Randy knew the law. Initially the FBI only wanted to use him.
No he's not, especially when it comes to the legal ownership of a .50 Cal Barret rifle. He has stated repeatedly that they are illegal to own in Florida and I have asked him repeatedly to cite the law that bans them.
He has yet to do so.......
