Just calling it how I see it, I agree with this. They have the Rooney rule where each team brings in a token interviewee then end up hiring the same crop of ‘whiter than I am’ coaches. Can’t understand why Eric Bieneme has not been hired.

Can’t understand why Eric Bieneme has not been hired. I have no insight, but I'd theorize it has nothing to do with his being black.
