I like a hamburger now and again.....
But most of the people I work with sometimes....eat crappy all the time.
Reminds me of another story... my DH started Keto about 4 years ago. Still doing it and loves it. Lost 80+ lbs, during the first year his A1C, BP, cholesterol, everything dropped to healthy ranges. Artery scans all good. Allergies gone, arthritis gone. Gets blood work done every 6 months.
But every doctor’s visit with his (much overweight) doc, he gets a lecture. It just cracks us up.
