Records on Nearly One Billion U.S. Gun Sales

Hmm, there are an estimated 400 million or so guns in America, so their records must go back to 1776 and include nearly every gun ever sold, re-sold or swapped here!

I was going to ask how far back their records go, but it hardly seems necessary now, right? For instance, do they have records on guns sold in the '50s, '60s and early '70s?

It can only go back to 1993, the year that the Brady law was signed.
