Michelle Pfeiffer should have a Best Actress Academy Award. Showed she could sing in Fabulous Baker Boys. Excellent in Dangerous Liaisons. Has made a couple of common sense, conservative observations over the years. First was critical of the educational establishment. Another was that people don’t know what looks good anymore, I took it as a criticism of tattoos and ruining aging but normal (often still fairly attractive) looks with plastic surgery. Guess she’d have to go woke and play an aging lesbian whose civil rights are being trampled upon to get an Academy Award.
He left a lot behind. I think 3 of the 4 members of REM eventually toured as his band.
Well, yeah. OTOH, she deserves better than the Oscars. And besides her singing, she was oh-so-hot in FBB.

I just was listening to some guy on Coast-to-Coast.
Wrestler, actor, etc. played the hit man in the movie “Three Days of the Condor”. He said he was a punk in Brooklyn and Sammy Davis Jr. took him under his wing. The guy mentioned the above clip with Sammy playing the drums and vibraphone. Pretty good stuff.

Frank Zappa is also one of my favorites.
Thirty something year later spoiler alert: Sheena got killed off on Miami Vice. No! No! Sonny starts drinking.
Sheena an underrated, underappreciated singer. Lot of good songs.
(not the best audio quality, but I've often mused about how TBoEF would make a much better instrumental; this isn't one though, heh)The Battle Of Epping Forest - Ian Tanner | March 13, 2011 | Ian Tanner
That was Warren and REM working as Hindu Love Gods. It’s an excellent blues / rock album from 1990. I think it’s hard to find now, but definitely pick it up or look for it online, because it’s some of his best stuff - mostly covers, but all arranged brilliantly and a very fun album.

Max von Sydow?
I remember that scene, laser point, she played a singer (what range, heh) and got popped during her show. I only watched part of one season, got tired of the crazy veering of the story arcs. She was interviewed as her career ran out of gas, she named various hit songs that "should have been mine".
Best known of which appears to be “Raspberry Beret”.
